REGATHERING PLAN

We are excited to regather for services in Warrior Hall on June 7! We ask that you would partner with us in upholding the following guidelines and directives as we honor those in authority over us and love those around us well. We hope and pray these circumstances are temporary, but we are grateful for your flexibility, cooperation, and support in the meantime!

We are following all of the places of worship guidelines set out by the Arkansas Department of Health. Since we meet at Warrior Hall which is considered a large indoor venue, we have agreed to follow all large indoor venue directives

Please review the following Frequently Asked Questions in regard to our plans for regathering! For any additional questions, please e-mail info@C3LR.org

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will we resume meeting in Warrior Hall?

We will begin holding services Sunday, June 7 at 9 & 11 am.

ONLINE REGISTRATION will be required each week in order to attend so that we can maintain a safe environment. Registration links are below.

How do I register to attend a worship service?

REGISTER ONLINE:

Click Here for 9 am Service

Click Here for 11 am Service

In order to maintain the current one-third capacity guideline for large venues, you will need to register weekly for the service you and your family would like to attend. Once a service is full, registration will close, and we will not be able to take any additional reservations for that service time.

Which worship services will be available?
  • Currently, services will be held at 9 and 11 am.

  • We are pushing our usual second service back by 15 minutes in order to accommodate cleaning procedures.

  • Services will be approximately one hour.

  • Once we begin reaching capacity in both services, we will consider adding a temporary third service, if necessary.

Will worship services continue to be streamed online?

Yes, both services will be streamed on Vimeo and Facebook at 9 and 11 am and can be accessed through our website

If you have had a recent fever, experienced other COVID symptoms, have had contact with a person know to have COVID in the 14 days prior to the service, are considered high risk for contracting COVID, or have any concerns about being in a large gathering, please stay home and join us for worship online!

Who is required to wear a mask/face covering?

According to state and local guidelines, anyone over 10 years of age is required to wear a mask/face covering at all times for services.

We ask that you provide your own mask/face covering to attend services. If you do not have a mask we will have a limited supply available.

What safety measures are being taken?
  • We will maintain proper 6-foot social distancing at all times (refer to "How will we maintain social distancing?" for further details)

  • We will require pre-registration in order to maintain the one-third capacity guideline.

  • Hand sanitization stations will be provided at the entrance to Warrior Hall.

  • All persons over 10 years of age are required to wear a mask/face covering. Pastors and worship team will not wear face covers while on stage but will maintain a minimum 12-foot physical distancing.

  • We will be performing rigorous cleaning procedures before, during, and after services (refer to "What type of cleaning measures will be in place?" for further details)

  • We will not be serving coffee and donuts and will not have any passed elements such as bulletins, offering, or communion. If you like to take notes during the sermon, please bring a notebook and pen. Offering boxes will be available near the entry and exit doors or you may GIVE ONLINE. We are working on a safe and sanitary way to provide communion at a later date.

  • Signs will be placed outside advising that entry is not permitted if you have had a recent fever, experienced other COVID symptoms, or have had contact with a person know to have COVID in the 14 days prior to the service.

How will we maintain social distaning?
  • Each service will be limited to a third of the capacity of Warrior Hall in accordance with the current large venue guidelines. Weekly registration will be necessary to attend services so we can ensure proper social distancing.

  • Lines for designated entry and exit points will be marked for proper 6-foot social distancing between family groups.

  • Every other row in Warrior Hall will remain unoccupied. We will alternate which rows are available for seating in each service to help avoid cross-contamination.

  • To maintain social distancing, we ask that THREE seats (equivalent of 6 feet) remain empty between family groups.

What type of cleaning measures will be in place?
  • Trained cleaning teams will utilize EPA-approved disinfectant solution to sanitize all common and high-touch point areas before, between, and after services.

  • Hand sanitization stations will be available at the entrance to Warrior Hall.

What about refreshments, communion, & offering?
  • We will not have any coffee and donuts for the time being.

  • We will not have bulletins. If you take notes on your bulletin during the sermon, please bring a notebook and pen with you.

  • We will not pass offering buckets for the time being. Offering boxes will be available near the entry and exit doors or you may GIVE ONLINE.

  • We are working on a safe and sanitary way to provide communion at a later date.
